It is that time of the year again! We hope you will join us to help clean-up 2nd Street along Valle de Oro National Wildlife Refuge! This year’s event will be on Saturday April 6th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will meet in the Refuge’s Welcome Center at 9:00 am to grab coffee, snacks, water and fill out volunteer agreements. We provide bags, vests, and gloves for your use. We ask that you come prepared with trash grabbers if you have them and we will designate the cleaning areas at the beginning of the event. Also we recommend wearing close toed shoes, long-pants and long-sleeve shirts.
You can sign-up by contacting Aryn LaBrake at aryn@friendsofvalledeoro.org or by joining our volunteer database and signing up for this task by visiting: https://app.betterimpact.com/PublicOrganization/b3787aa8-e924-452b-a1a7-885de4260f7d/Activity/d37b6241-cc04-456b-bff2-8d9fb5d83ab2/1
